Personal Training
For once, it's really all about you. Personal training is - well - personal. Your training sessions are designed to meet your needs and specific goals. Whether you want to lose weight, get in better shape, tone up or increase your endurance - all programs are tailored to your unique requirements. I specialize in working with the overweight, but also create programs for those wanting to greatly improve their overall fitness. You will see the most gains with a varied training program that encourages your body to keep adapting to new challenges. Your workouts will be designed to feel fun yet effective. They may include high-intensity cardio/strength bursts and bodyweight training, utilizing stability balls and weighted balls, depending on your fitness level. The goal is to keep your body "on its toes" and your mind interested.

Of course, you may also add a buddy for a small additional fee and split the cost. "Buddy workouts" are a great way to save money, have fun and stay motivated!

Fitness Consultation and Program Design
If you would like to work out on your own, but need help defining your fitness goals and creating a realistic home or gym workout plan, a fitness consultation fits the bill. This session includes baseline measurements of fitness, goal setting, and designing an effective workout and periodization plan for you to execute on your own.

Small Group, Specialty or “Bootcamp” Classes
Small group training is perfect for groups with similar fitness goals and time availability. Sharing a trainer and the cost, these groups generally involve circuit-type training, sculpting with free weights and cardio bursts, or "bootcamp-style" training. In all of the groups you will learn habits and techniques that you can continue for a lifetime of optimum health and fitness. Groups also offer you accountability and adherence - keys to sticking with a fitness program.

Corporate Wellness and Work Site Fitness
Encouraging employees to exercise and removing barriers to do so can reduce absenteeism and foster a sense of teamwork.

With health and fitness seminars, I offer your employees a chance to learn how to improve their health and fitness, motivate them to action, reduce stress, increase flexibility, sleep more soundly, and integrate movement into their lives, both at home and in the office.

I can also provide your employees with written health and fitness booklets customized to your particular company, or monthly health e-newsletters branded to your firm.
